He needed to document that he was not threatening. He wasn't yelling at her, he let her spent more than a minute calling the cops, and he left when she finally leashed her damn dog. And that dog was off-leash, which was against the posted rules, and it was apparently bothering him, possibly because it was scaring the birds he was there to watch. [/quote]
