Prime example of that to me is SF. Can’t get a house there for under 2 million. Yet it seems like a total hellscape. Highest property crime in the nation, intractable homeless problem, a literal government division just for the purpose of cleaning human poop off the streets, garbage public schools, no AC anywhere, etc. [/quote]
