I'm an IB Oyster parent and I know two different families who were denied OOB Spanish-dom. admissions. The two families were not native speakers, but their children were pretty fluent after spending multiple years at full immersion Spanish preschools. Both children were denied, both families threatened to sue, and both children now attend other schools because they were still denied admission to Oyster. Maybe you'll get a different result (shrug).
