We go there all the time. The noise is similar to the noise of just being very close to other people like being in a suburban apartment building or TH community. I didn't mean that all the houses were literally THs, they are not but they have the same feel as living right next to neighbors with a shared fall because the houses are so incredibly close together. Some people have no problem living that close to other people and others who are in the I'll never do a TH again camp do.

The Crown HS will be much worse than QO since it will bring in kids from Gaithersburg HS and RM HS. Kentlands will luck out school-wise since the bad areas that feed into QO will most likely be moved to Crown since it is literally across the street. [/quote]
