Much better to let the man put his hands on his 11yo daughter who already said no than to create a scene. So what do you do when words don’t work and someone gets physical with a child? I personally think allowing men to manhandle children is trashy, and I agree that the man who got physical with the child is trashy, but what do you recommend for those times when words don’t work and someone trashy is already getting physical with a child ? But why should she need an adult to intervene? Why are you coming down hard on the Dad who physically defended his daughter from being restrained and harassed (whether it was sexual in nature or not, she said stop and he didn’t), but you’re acting like the drunk guy’s action is nbd. [/quote]
