Imagine if you liked cool hues like blues and greens and a house you were considering was painted in warm colors like red and yellow. Painting over that is a lot of work and can cost a few thousand to hire out a whole house. Plus the more saturated the hue the more difficult it is to paint over. Most people do t want to create reasons for buyers to avoid their house. [/quote]
