It was even crazier that he turned around a few minutes after seeing Kate and returned because the girl in his father’s building had been beaten up.  (She didn’t even have life threatening injuries.)   I can kind of see the big gesture to fly cross country and apologize/support his sister, but the return?  It just seems a little silly.  The beauty of this show is it’s authenticity, and this just didn’t ring true.[/quote]

Again, I agree.  Actually, most of the last episode annoyed me.  But most of all, the grand gesture of flying across the country and then turning around and doing it again because a non-relative had a broken arm??  Please.[/quote]
