If there are so many Serena haters as you claim, tell me what made them into haters? Bcs not many Venus haters at all. Sharapova has plenty of haters, is that off base too? There is always a cause and effect, that is simple. Maybe we are just fed up with her diva tantrums? I don't know too many tennis players who told a lines person that she will shove the ball down her throat...That 20 year old won, but Serena made it all about herself. I hate her for taking the spot light from a wonderful young woman who didn't deserve anything that happened to her yesterday. I guess it is true, never meet your idols. I think for one of the best, if not the best WTA players ever, she is truly a terrible example. And even if umpire should have ignored it, how can you excuse her reaction? Nor it is not all about her gender and race. Can we have a few AA posters chime in. Do you consider Naomi Osaka black or not? If umpire saw coaching and ignored it 10 times and saw that Serena was getting unfair advantage over Naomi, is her not cheating another minority bcs Serena can get away with anything?
