Instead of placing his anger where it rightly belongs, the priests who committed and continue to commit such crimes and the leadership who covered it up and continue to cover it up, he blames the media.  It reminds me of my parents who committed and covered up abuse in the family, and my extended family who continue to this day to say it wasn't so bad.

I can understand how someone can remain Catholic.  You simply don't look at the overarching leadership and just look at your own parish.  And you hope to god that it isn't happening there.  Seems a off to me, but that's how its done.[/quote]
