I did not mean to imply that her being a vile racist is OK. I just meant that people like Roseanne are so blinded by their beliefs and hatred that they really aren't thinking straight; like a mental block of some sort. EVERYONE has some kind of prejudice but most people are smart enough to know that publicly revealing those have consequences. I mean... how deep is her level of hate and venom that she just don't care about the people that are close to her and the people who relied on her for employment. She had NO regard for the consequences. You can't change people and you can't make them believe something that they don't believe. However, what ABC did to her should be a BIG deterrent for people like Roseanne; hateful people who have the power to employ hundreds.[/quote]

Because you're dense. I'll say it again. Everyone has some kind of prejudice. It is human. You are not automatically a bigot because you have a prejudice toward someone. You have to act on the prejudice. Publicly revealing those prejudices have consequences. Don't twist my words or the meaning behind them.

E.g., I'm prejudice against you because I believe that only white people over 55 use the term bigot. I'm saying it anonymously on DCUM and I will not share (action) that opinion publicly because I fear the consequences.[/quote]
