There was a case at UVA in about 2015 where a student was charged by Homeland Security for manufacturing convincing fake IDs. Whether someone under 21 is passing a fake ID has little to do with 17/18 year olds. There was testimony in the Maxwell case that they were trafficking. It doesn’t matter if the woman is over 18. Take anyone away from their hometown, take them overseas, withhold their passport and access to money and transportation, and they are at the trafficker’s mercy. A lot of victims were coerced this way. Epstein used to take girls to NYC or Europe a lot. [/quote]
