Why explain?  They probably need to be deported to.  Birthright citizenship isn't real.  The "documentation" can be revoked so they can also be sent on their merry way to enrich their next destination.  Personally, I like the idea of sending them all to Uganda, no matter their origin.  It's a fine way to encourage self-deportation and to discourage future lawbreaking.  [/quote]
