Brian Steel, Young Thug’s longtime attorney, is apparently the one who will be questioning her tomorrow. They’re going to try to discredit her by discussing other relationships she had even when with Diddy. The difference is, she wasn’t extorting people, raping people, threatening people with violence and guns, and those people weren’t doing that to her either. It’s disgusting what they’re going to do to her tomorrow.
Other relationships is a big hurdle for her to clear. Her testimony is she participated in unbelievably degrading acts because she feared what Diddy would do to her, but yet cheated on him? Wouldn't she have feared he'd beat her up for cheating too?
Did she give the timeline of cheating? I recall her testifying that they both dated other people (she didn't use the word cheating). She also testified that she was dating Kid Cudi in 2011, but Diddy told Cassie he was going to have his car burned down. So she broke it off with him for fear of his safety. Also, I believe there was someone else that she tried to date, but then cut it off because Diddy either did something or threatened to. We also have to remember that this was an on-and-off relationship; it wasn't a straight 10-year streak. She comes across as very credible. She's admitted to doing some pretty horrific things. She also testified that while she was dating her current husband, she agreed to meet with Diddy for what was supposed to be a "closure" dinner. They went back to her place (or maybe his, i cant remember) and that's when he raped her. She said no, but she said he was different this time and wouldn't stop. She then admitted to having sex with him one more time after that. She also said since then she had been in touch with him from time to time. She seems to have a really strong relationship and her husband has been very vocal in support of her, and women in general. I know the defense is going to try to tear her to shreds. She seems healed and strong now; hopefully, the prosecutors have prepared her well.
She comes across as very credible? Hmm, after years of abuse from a man, and while she's dating her current husband, she for some reason agrees to meet with her former abuser for a "closure dinner?" Of course the defense is going to rip her to shreds, and so they should. This woman needs some serious therapy!
If you paid attention to the testimony, you would know she's gone to trauma therapy. Of course someone in her position needs therapy for trauma, but you're just being a jerk.
