she was turning right. He was at the corner of her vehicle. He could've stepped out of the way, but he was VERY ready with his gun, fired multiple shots, and then called her a bit ch. [/quote]
He also testified under oath in an earlier case that he knows ICE agents should step out of the way of moving vehicles.

He may have PTSD from that incident. Which means he was on a tripwire. And incapable of being professional when it comes to vehicle stops. Absolutely no law enforcement officer thinks him blowing this woman's head off was remotely justifiable. It's straight up murder, regardless of his past experiences. He shouldn't have been in this position to begin with. Which indicates big problems at ICE and Homeland Security. I suspect there are a lot of hotheads at ICE and DHS who do not have the temperament or disposition to handle a gun today.

Especially today, when DHS and ICE seem to be hiring every mall cop in America with their $50,000 bonuses. These people are not professional. I really think everyone needs to read up on the brownshirts in Nazi Germany. Because that's where we're at.   [/quote]
