It’s visible for anyone who’s in this age group. Capital is recruiting 6 girls from stars and 6 from YJMA. Everyone knows who they are unless you’re blind and out of the loop.[/quote]

Capital needs to fill out two 2030 teams.  The 30 girls selected for the capital academy wont fill two rosters.  They'll need another 10-15 girls outside of it.[/quote]

Can someone tell me more about Capital's recruiting of middle school players?  I'm familiar with HB, the clinics, and even now the Academy.  But I am not familiar with any active recruiting of middle school players.  Who on the Capital leadership team is responsible for overseeing this recruiting?  Who are the lieutenants that execute the recruiting program?  How does the process work?[/quote]
