The people saying he did it have a huge whole in their story — if he had drowned her, the body would be just as likely to resurface on the reef or beach as if she had drowned accidentally, so lack of body proves nothing.  And he didn’t have the means to transport her body off the beach, plus that would have shown on the numerous video cameras.  [/quote]

It's sad people on this site or any others out there are blaming one person. No one knows. What people in the "it wasn't him" camp, also, don't know is if he had anything to do with whatever happened even if he didn't do whatever it is that happened. Meaning he is known to have been the last one to have seen her. That makes him and would anyone in this situation, a person of interest. Why he has his passport withheld is as was explained by someone is so he doesn't try to cross borders into Haitii to try to leave the island. They would lose their 'last person possibly to have seen her/POI' . Prayers to all the families and loved ones involved.[/quote]
