Duh. There is no “link” or “source.” A group of WH staffers have a group chat. POTUS shits himself every once in a while. It used to happen, then it died down, now it’s back. When it does, those in the loop call it Code Brown or say there was a Brown Out. [/quote]

There's a blonde woman assigned to him. She is his keeper and probably his care aid. They call her an "executive secretary" or something like that. They do not call her a "day nurse."

But I would not be surprised that Trump can't do most of his ADLs. It's common with the elderly and with dementia patients that they use the ability to do their ADLs over time.
