This would also mean that not everyone on BLC 2030 Blue makes Capital Blue, maybe half do, which makes sense

It’s visible for anyone who’s in this age group. Capital is recruiting 6 girls from stars and 6 from YJMA. Everyone knows who they are unless you’re blind and out of the loop.[/quote][/quote]
