Nothing happened with Keystone XL the entire time Trump was in office.  Guess that was "Trump's war on the fossil fuel industry"

By the way, Keystone XL has very little to do with gas prices.  Canadian tar sands oil is of poor quality, is a bear to refine, and isn't a good candidate for refining to automobile grade fuel.  Most of that is ultimately headed for export after refining.[/quote]
