750,000 to redo the field and another $250,000 to help with the actual building renovations. So close to a million. In some contexts he doesn't want to talk about the $250,000. He also said at that meeting that Maret had an arrangement that if they "lived up to their end of the agreement" the agreement would be automatically extended. While false, this has been a talking point that Maret has circulated widely among their community. The problem is, if that's true, why are they paying the $250,000 for building improvements?

The reality is DPR had the right to attach whatever conditions they wanted, all they "wanted" to ask for was $250K more than the cost of upkeep on the field.[/quote]
