They give families the warm and fuzzies to pull them in. Many leave after one season because they realize it was all a lie. You are describing my child's team. At least half of the team, probably more, would not make the same level anywhere else. We had hoped a couple of good players would come in from outside the club, and that did not happen. So they had to pull up players from the lower team that are not ready for the level of competition. Really kicking ourselves for not encouraging our child to leave last year when they had the chance. It was their choice to stay, but now they are wishing they had left. I can't even imagine what this team is going to look like next year. [/quote]
