[/quote] ummm we were about to purchase but we were never informed lol. i dont care regardless but yes it will drop your estimate on the home sale site like zillow and redfin. unfortunately in resale most people WHO RECENTLY BOUGHT in this community will loose money in the short term and break even in the long term. moving to a already built house will be better from an investment perspective as it is much easier to get a discount. most houses there are selling for 10-20%+ less than the list price[/quote]
