No, April 15 is when the grand jury will hear the evidence to see if there’s enough for her to be indicted in the circuit court… if they move forward which hopefully they will, they will then set a trial date. No way will that be anytime soon.[/quote]

I don’t know where you found this info. I was there yesterday, and there’s no info in the VA court records that show a date in april 15. 
But the judge yesterday already approved the process to move forward. That’s what was done yesterday. [/quote]

It was in one of the news articles that it would go to a grand jury on April 15th. Grand jury proceedings do not show publicly.
