Sure.  And it was probably less than $10k based on the testimony she gave.  And so what?  Since when is that some kind of crime?  I could name a dozen or more people who probably have more than that in their till or wallet at any given time, whether contractors going to buy materials or restauranteurs et cetera and those numbers will easily scale out to the millions nationally.  If it's some kind of big crime then why aren't we focusing on the commercials to buy gold bullion that come on conservative talk radio literally every 5 minutes?  And if you don't know what I'm talking about here then maybe you need to step away from this conversation completely because you are definitely and unequivocably clueless on the subject.[/quote]

She’s broke as a joke and can’t pay her bills. Tax liens. But yeah, sure, she keeps 10 to 15 grand — “Gs” — on her at all times to pay off bedfellows. Oh and she can’t even prove when she withdrew the alleged cash from the bank. lol[/quote]

What the judge should do (but probably won't) is to put a hold on this hearing and force Fani to provide evidence that she has withdrawn significant amounts of cash over  a period of time to prove she repaid her lover in cash.
