Ted has said, on the record, that the crime had nothing to do with it. Face it, if a jurisdiction threw $2B at you for free, you would take it, wouldn't you? That is what Ted is doing. DC doesn't have the land or money to compete with what Virginia is offering, so it is what it is.

Why Virginia taxpayers would be on the hook for it is beyond me, but it isn't my money, so...[/quote]
