A clean CR would continue existing programs, as is.  But that's not what's happening, instead Medicare and ACA are being gutted.

Don't mischaracterize it.  The GOP isn't gutting anything.

The spending for ACA is constantly growing in the red.  The current levels of spending can't keep up. [b]So ACA is gutting itself.[/b]

No, it's the government paying all the bills and the health care sector saying we want more more more with no kickback by Uncle Sam.  In other words, no competition and no market forces bringing reality to the situation.  Just the govt stroking checks and passing the costs on to innocent bystanders.
