Bethesda is the only club I have seen that talks about the Long-Term Development model and one of the benefits to the new space is an in-house PT and conditioning team. I came to BSC for a few coaches I trust but the facility is a bonus perk. I appreciate the guidance on the supplement stuff that matters in the long term that we learned at the open house yesterday. Similar to SoFive but without the bar 😞[/quote]
