SR (ISL) and GC (WCAC) have been on top for the past several years, and ISL has had a very strong 4 team top tier during that timeframe, while WCAC has really only had 2 or max 3 teams that were competitive at that level over the past couple of years. Before Potomac's recent run, though, when BI was winning the WCAC and PVI and GC were both strong, the balance of top teams would have favored the WCAC. [/quote]
