They just sold a Windmill and have another on deposit.  They just sold an Orchard and only have one remaining.  They also sold out of Hamlets. Doesn't sound like they're struggling to me![/quote]

they never "just sold" one that was a month or more ago by now. That lot went on deposit 3+ times. Deposit is meaningless they literally only want a photo of a check. The sales reps here are silly. Also the hamlets and orchards are much cheaper per square foot, of course they will sell faster. There is a reason they removed those 2 lots, thy were released months ago and have not been touched. They will struggle to sell that kalorama lot they opened on half an acre because of the price ups on just that model. The people who buy (we all know you will eventually somehow find a buyer) will probably compensate on the hefty base price and lot premium of 2.2 MILLION dollars (in my opinion a LOT of money) by taking less in options. (probably wont take options like multigen/grand multigen and spend only 50k ish in the design studio, probably wont even finish basement to keep the price closer to 2. [/quote]
