It’s in Toll’s best interest to low ball the spend at the design center. If someone told me everyone pays 400k, I would walk away before signing. So it makes sense why they lie and say 150k…you can double that for real answer.[/quote]

I don't know about you all, but when we were going to buy a windmill, and they actually let us see the design studio to add everything up. The home we designed was under 7k square feet and the total was 300k (this includes technology/appliances/everything). We basically copied the options from the kalorama model. They do lowball the average, or probably give a genuine one because people are not spending so much at the design studio like at the start of the community.
