I agree.  This is a red herring desperate attempt by Trump to get the case dismissed.

However, I watched some of Willis being questioned and she was combative.   I have had a couple of times when I had to testify in court and both lawyers told me to answer the questions with "yes/no" and not to offer any explanations because they would come back and clear up anything that needed to be done.[/quote]
She was combative because the filings she was there to testify about are full of lies. Trump is combative when he thinks people are lying about him, too. Why is one OK and not the other?[/quote]
