I remember hearing after the final acquittals that Guede's conviction was for being [b]one of 3 people[/b] involved in the murder, and if it could be "proven" (whatever that means in the Italian judicial system) that there were not 3 people involved, not only could Guede have his conviction overturned but he could sue for wrongful imprisonment.

Also, the records of that trial were sealed.  There is speculation that they were sealed because there was evidence that would have been favorable to Knox and Sollecito.

I'm curious about what came of all of this, and what has happened with Knox's case regarding calumny that went to the international court.  When I get a chance I'll chase all of that down.[/quote]
