[/quote] I don't see what that has to do with anything. Pot doesn't usually result in "a hangover" and the effects would be long gone by the morning. She looked like she was in shock to me. People respond to trauma in all kinds of ways, some of which may seem inappropriate to outsiders. I also think that while it's SAD that her roommate died and HORRIBLE that she was murdered, they were not best friends. They hadn't known each other for very long. I think that people who expect her to react as though her best friend had been murdered are, to an extent, falling into the traps laid by the journalists and the prosecution. These women were friendly, but not super close, and I think that Amanda reacted pretty much the same way I'd react if I came home, found my house open, and then later discovered that my roommate was dead.[/quote]
