Wow - you mean we are going to get brand new units in an attractive mixed use building that middle class people can afford? I will believe it when I see it.

I agree with this. They are planning on 350 units. That seems like mainly 1-2 bedrooms. It would be great if they would include some 3 bedrooms. It would be nice for people with children to have more options in the county. In know the schools are crowded... But I think Randolph is slightly under capacity. Those kids could be zoned there.[/quote]
