Are you not falling in the same trap as your parents - of comparing you children with others?

I absolutely don't care what others think, and [b]I do take care of them the way I want, much to my[/b] [b]mother's chagrin[/b].  [b]I'm just sick of the stereotypical Asian tiger-moms[/b].  And don't kid yourself, [b]all parents,[/b] including you, to some degree or another, [b]compare their kids with others[/b], both the good and the bad parts.[/quote]

There is the stereotypical Asian tiger-mom and there is the stereotypical 2nd gen "Joy Luck Club" daughters! I suggest therapy![/quote]
