I can't imagine God would really rather gay people kill themselves in shame they can't stop being who they are, than that they just ... do life. I have family members wasting years of valuable time praying that I'll stop being gay and move back home to spend the rest of my life asking Jesus to forgive me, when they could have just accepted who I am and enjoyed spending time with me and my daughter.
