If not. Case closed. [/quote] The answer to your question is no. FCPS changed from CoGAT to FxAT because parents were prepping for the CoGAT using practice tests that have the "same format". The "same format" obviously does not have the same meaning as having the "exact test", "exact answers", or the "same as was administered" test. It is pretty clear that FCPS would be happy if parents quit prepping because it throws off the results (implying that prepping works) but they have never said anything that even remotely implies that there is an epedimic of cheating going on. FFCPS also does not invalidate AAP tests for anyone who preps. Perhaps FCPS will one day eventually get around to it by subjecting students to polygraphs, having the children and parents give swarn statements, turn in their classmates or something but there is no such policy right now.
