I"m not sure why that's "fascinating". Either a school is overcrowded, or it isn't. This is a knowable fact.

Oakton is overcrowded right now, at 103% capacity.  And it is overcrowded in both potential scenarios, which is ridiculous given how close some kids zoned for Oakton live to high schools projected to have hundreds of empty seats.[/quote]
