Almost! The spreadsheets now show that reallocated 13 American Bid, previously shown as "declined," as "accepted." Not filled yet, though. So it looks like one more team in (VAJRS?).

On another note, they unsurprisingly filled all of those 14 Open at-large slots w/ non-CHRVA teams.
