Here is the wording of what the president said.  
“We received a 10 point proposal from Iran, and believe it is a workable basis on which to NEGOTIATE.”  
IOW - this has NOT been accepted. It is a basis for negotiations. Trump will never allow Iran to continue to enrich Uranium.

Including Oman gives Iran's control of the Strait of Hormuz a veneer of legitimacy. Smart move. But Trump has basically given Iran the equivalent of the Suez or Panama Canals. Strategically, this has been a big win for Iran. And they still have their uranium and will no doubt have nuclear weapons in a year or two. This morning Trump was threatening to end civilization in Iran. By the evening Trump surrendered to Iran. Republicans are such a disaster for America. They are both agro idiots and crayon-eating surrender monkeys. [/quote]
