These people are not intelligent if they believe they’ll be snatched at a World Cup match. The areas around those matches will be the safest places for immigrants to be. There is no way Trump would allow ICE to do sweeps there. The World Cup is one of Trump’s Crown Jewels. He’d never allow a worldwide spectacle to be disrupted. Besides, like a Super Bowl, corporations and businesses people are buying up all of the tickets. Stadiums will be sold out.[/quote]

You are promising people of color will be safe and you think anyone will believe you?!

You said the same thing about the Trump administration detaining immigrants who were in the US [i]legally[/i] and at least 50 of them were sent to a torture prison in El Salvador. You said the same about people with Green cards being safe and yet they are being detained and even deported. You said the same thing about White tourists -- legal European, Canadian, white tourists -- and they are being locked up for [i]months[/i] at a time, some of them grandparents, deprived of basic medical care and comforts. But most of all, you said American citizens were safe and yet they are routinely detained and some of them even killed.

So spare me the sanctimony. No one trusts this administration, not even the administration's selfishness or wish to make a profit, nor should they.[/quote]
