Has any parent received an explanation from their club on how they determined whether they were going to keep their kid playing up an age group or play with their new age group? I'm asking about kids on top team going from one top team to another. I know several from our club in different age groups and no one has been approached by the club They only know they are going to be on the top team of one of the 2 age groups. It appears the goal of our club is to get as many kids from outside the club and then make a decision on our kids after they have all the new kids sorted out.
Unfortunately discussing grades here is just being used to feed a troll and not for useful discussion.
More like someone is trying their best to convince people that grade doesnt apply to club soccer when everyone with a brain knows that it does.
Here's your challenge. If you believe that grade for kids applies to youth soccer then there is no need to convince and judge kids about grades existing. Unfortunately I don't hold out hope as you feel the need to personally make it part of youth soccer. You've spent the last 8 months or so harassing and trolling people about grades with SY 30+, calling kids pathetic and what not. It's been a waste of your time if you felt grade was always part of youth soccer. If Elon bought you out for this, he was expecting more productive things from you in the private sector.
You are looney tunes. Fall is coming and soon we're going to see all top team players on rosters have the same graduating year (grade in school) Your challenge when that happens is to accept reality and find a different rock to hide under while trying to convince parents to play their kids down.
If you won, drop it. Your work at trying to convince parents and kids to play up is done. But are you really convinced?
