That being said, there were a few players there that are on top teams at large clubs, and he enjoyed the intensity. So it was still worthwhile as winter training, especially coming from a smaller club that doesn’t offer as much in the winter. His own self assessment was that he was about middle of the pack in the group. Chose not to go out for the second winter session because it was so cold and he wanted a break from that. Dropping in on some indoor things instead. Might try it again in the spring. [/quote]
