An excellent question. I agree with the poster who said it was a power trip. There is no other reason. PA came in without a team. Without advisers and counsels. Without a GC. Without directors. Without a vision. And here we are. Almost 1000 people left. One town hall. No communication. Rumors galore. Morale lower than ever.[/quote]

He has no idea how to lead anything. And from all accounts he is horrible at making decisions. Won’t make them. Puts them off. Ignores them. He is totally unequipped for the job. He may know securities law and policy and how to talk policies with powerful people. But he cannot run a regulatory agency and is failing on all accounts.

Anyone is Trump World who knows anything about what the SEC does must be terrified they are squandering this opportunity.
