Marc Anthony was a guest at the wedding, not hired entertainment. Near the end of the celebrations he went up on stage and called up his good friend Victoria. Stupid of him to say she was the most beautiful woman in the room but to still be mad at Victoria for not calling him out and correcting him and saying no Nicola is the fairest of them all is immature. Yeah this is where recollections may vary because BB said his mom took over what was supposed to be his first dance with Nicola.

Definitely not the first dance. After dinner, Brooklyn and Nicola did a first dance to Only Fools Rush In then they did a second dance and then Nicola did a dance with her father. Marc Anthony didn’t go on stage until much much later in the evening when everyone was dancing. It could be that Brooklyn and Nicola expected MA to invite Nicola up for the first dance of his performance and they got upset when he invited Nicola. Also by this point in the evening the dancing wasn’t formal as it was all the guests on the dance floor. So maybe the first MA song being a slow dance seemed wrong for Brooklyn and his mom. Seems crossed wires as I doubt MA intentionally tried to ruin their wedding. But it wasn’t the actual first dance. [/quote]
