I know someone on each of those teams that is already playing up, even before the SY change. That's not suddenly going to change for next year because of the SY change. Each of the clubs is going to put together the best team they can from the eligible candidates, and if that includes some Q4 2013s or Q4 2014s, then that's who will be on the team. Our club's unstated policy is along the lines of 'no one plays up if they're not on the top team', so I expect to see some Q4 2013s move down based on that rule, but we'll see for the Q4 2013s who are already starters on the top team but could move down and become stars[/quote]
