People post for all sorts of reasons, OP. People who aren’t insecure know that most of those reasons are simply to celebrate life and generate memories.[/quote]

Agree that it’s not an all-or-nothing issue, but because so many things posted on social media are public forever, concerns about unintended consequences, especially for kids, deserve to be considered, too. [/quote]
