That’s not healthy or normal, but you know that. starving yourself doesn’t typically mean eating absolutely nothing. It means doing exactly what you are doing which is not eating enough calories. Then you are topping it off with walking as you say-30k steps per day. That’s in itself burns1200-1800 calories. Not to mention everyone has the amount of calories they burn per day just living and existing and doing normal things. So for example let’s say you burn 1000 calories per day just naturally. You are eating 800 calories and burning somewhere between 2200-2800 calories per day. That is not a calorie deficit-that’s starving yourself. [/quote]
