They are not going to force top team players who are on grade with the rest of the team to play down a grade just because they were born Aug - Dec. Some prefer to go down because their kids are a grade behind and the younger team is better. Some will continue to play on grade.

The only choices an individual player/family will have is which coach they can reach out to try out for and if they will/wont choose to accept an offer if its made.

At cattle call tryouts parents/players wont even be able to reach out to the coach.

Clubs coaches and docs will control who plays on the top teams and they wont waste their time with grade older players playing down. [/quote]
