At meeting last night, they said they are using current start times in the transportation study. However, when asked if the transportation study data is going to be released with the new scenario they were like oh let me make note of that. Pressed point that boundary changes without data backing up rationale says they are just doing what they want and all this community engagment is just smoke/mirrors for them to do what they want.
